OMB Control No. 1910-5141
Exp. Date 10/31/2022
DOE F 540.10
Background: Showcase Project(s) demonstrate that Better Buildings Partners are taking immediate, concrete actions resulting in significant and real savings. The information collected in this form will be used to highlight the development and implementation of these projects and the resulting reductions in energy usage, water usage, and/or waste. Showcase projects should highlight whole building projects that are innovative and can incorporate multiple reduction measures.
Partners are encouraged to have multiple showcase projects, and each is an opportunity to inform the marketplace and receive recognition for proven success. Please submit individual forms for each showcase project. Text provided by partners may be edited for clarity, as well as to match the third-person perspective of existing solutions on the program’s website. Final versions will be reviewed and approved by the partner before being published.

Financial Overview
This “total costs” figure should include all capital and operational expenses needed to complete the reduction-related aspects of this project only, not the full project cost if non-relevant savings measures were taken. An estimated cost figure can be provided. If preferred, include information on grants/rebates/incentives received.

Expected/actual Annual Savings
Please provide energy/water/waste emissions figures for the year prior to the start of the project, and the year after project implementation is complete if known. If actual figures for the post-completion period are not yet available, include the estimated savings figures and note “(estimated)”. Also provide figures for annual utility costs before and after project implementation in dollars (or percent of costs prior to the start of the project if you cannot share actual cost data). These will be used to create a bar chart.
