OGE currently has approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act for two versions of the OGE Form 201 Request to Inspect or Receive Copies of Executive Branch Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Reports or Other Covered Records, a pdf version and an electronic application. In our most recent submission, OGE inadvertently submitted a screenshot of the electronic application that was missing fields. OGE now seeks to provide an accurate screenshot of that instrument, replacing the screenshot submitted in August.
