Recruiting Event Form
This form is designed to be displayed on a tablet, laptop, or other device and presented to a candidate that
attends a recruiting event. Alternatively, candidates can be provided with a link to this form and complete it on
their own device. This form allows candidates to voluntarily provide their contact information and sends them a
confirmation email with a link to DCAA job postings.

Hiring Event Sign-In Form
This form is designed to be displayed on a tablet, laptop, or other device and presented to a candidate upon
their participation in a dedicated hiring event as a sign-in sheet to capture that they came to the event. This
form allows candidates to voluntarily provide their contact information and sends them a confirmation email.

“Contact a Recruiter” Button Form
This form is designed to linked from the Contact a Recruiter button on DCAA’s website. This form allows
candidates to voluntarily provide their contact information and sends them a confirmation email with a link to
DCAA job postings. It also alerts the DCAA team so they may reach out to the candidate directly.
