This memo requests approval of nonsubstantive changes to the approved information collection, National Medical Support Notice - Part A (OMB #0970-0222).
Background
The National Medical Support Notice - Part A was most recently approved on November 23, 2022. During the 30-day comment period the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) received comments and made some changes to respond to those comments. OMB approved the request prior to opening ROCIS for amendment so ACF could upload updated materials.
Overview of Requested Changes
ACF is now requesting to upload those updated materials based on public comment, which were previously emailed to OMB.
