B1: The current sentence reads, “The final sampling weights will then be calculated as the product of the initial sampling weight (the inverse of the probability of selection for the augmented sample) and the release adjustment (the number of cases selected for the augmented sample in each stratum divided by the number of released cases in that stratum).” Won’t nonresponse adjustments be incorporated into the final weights as well? From reading that section, it is referencing SFAs, which are not expected to have 100% response rates, based on Table B1.1.

We thank you for your review and comments. The final sampling weights are not the final analysis weight, which incorporates the final sampling weight and nonresponse adjustments. Section B3 speaks to the nonresponse adjustments.
