The Institute for Defense Analyses is conducting a program evaluation of the SMART Scholarship for Service Program. As part of that, we are asking you to consider completing an online questionnaire about your experiences with the SMART Program. If you are willing to help by completing the survey, please follow the link (URL Link to Survey).
Please note a few important things about the questionnaire:
All items are optional, so you may skip any question that you do not wish to answer.
The survey should take less than 30 minutes to complete.
At no point will anyone ask for your name or email address.
The SMART Program will not be tracking who does and does not decide to answer the questionnaire. It truly is up to you.
No one outside of the independent IDA team will see the raw data.
You may end the questionnaire any time, for any reason, without consequences.
After collecting feedback from as many participants as possible, IDA will analyze the data and report high-level findings in a report to the SMART Program. Only grouped responses will be reported, no individual’s results will be reported.
