RE: Nonmaterial and Nonsubstantive Edits to 1810-0021
We are requesting several clarifying edits to this ICR that we believe will decrease the burden on respondents by approximately 15 minutes per response for a total decrease of 325 burden hours. The proposed instruction clarifications will decrease both pre- and post-award burden for the grantee because of the reduced amount of time required to read and respond to the previous unclear directions on the form (pre-award), and/or participate in targeted technical assistance and/or monitoring due to incorrect completion of the unclear form instructions. The proposed edits are on the Indian Parent Committee form which is pages 10, 11, and 12 of the EASIE Part II document.
