Paperwork Reduction Act Burden Disclosure Statement
This data is being collected to verify compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic
Preservation Act (NHPA). The data you supply will be used for to demonstrate that projects
implemented through the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Weatherization and
Intergovernmental Programs are not adversely affecting historic properties pending compliance
with Section 106.

Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 2 hrs per response
[for WAP Annual Formula Award reporting, WAP Competitive Grant reporting, SEP Annual Award
reporting, SEP Energy Auditor Training Grant Program (EATP) reporting, EECBG American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) reporting, and EECBG Program reporting] and 4 hours per
response [for WAP Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL)/Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act
(IIJA), SEP IIJA, and SEP Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Capitalization Grant Program
(EERL)] including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and
maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Send
comments regarding this burden estimate or any other aspect of this collection of information,
including suggestions for reducing this burden, to Office of the Chief Information Officer, Enterprise
Policy Development & Implementation Office, IM-22, Information Collection Management Program

A Programmatic Agreement (PA) is an agreement covering the
recipients in the State identified in question 1(a) and which is
executed between the United States Department of Energy, the
State Agency Recipient(s) receiving financial assistance from
U.S. DOE for EECBG, WAP, and SEP and the State Historic
Preservation Office.
The term “activities” as used in this report refers to the
individual tasks that comprise a project funded in whole or in
part by U.S.DOE through EECBG, WAP or SEP.
