1. ENG Form 3926 should be executed by marine dock and terminal operators engaged in handling waterborne commerce.
2. Reports to be submitted electronically via email to [email protected]; and hard copy via mailing address: Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center,
P.O. Box 61280, New Orleans, LA 70161.
3. Complete one line for each vessel call.
4. Bunker Fuel - Under remarks section, indicate type and quantity of bunker fuel loaded to each vessel.
5. If the month is filled in at the top of the form, only the day of the month is needed in the arrived date and the departed date sections.
6. The submission of this information is strictly voluntary. The information collected and recorded on ENG Form 3926 will be used to augment and verify statistical data collected by the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers on vessels operating on the waters of the U.S. The data which identifies the respondent and the respondent's location is not released by the Corps.
¹ Indicate self-propelled dry cargo and passenger (C) or tanker (F); towboat or tugboat (T); nonself-propelled, dry cargo (BD) or tank (BL); yacht, sail, and other (O).
² Was discharged cargo loaded at a foreign port. At an American port, or part at each? Use F for foreign; D for American; or B for both.
³ Was cargo loaded at this terminal destined for a foreign port, American port, or part to each? Use F for foreign; D for American; or B for both.
