• For privacy purposes, when you log into the session, please rename your Zoom profile to your first name and last initial only, not your full last name.

• A professional moderator will conduct the group discussion via webcam.  If possible, please join the session using a Windows or Mac laptop or desktop computer rather than a mobile phone, tablet or Chromebook. 

• Arrive 5 min early: You must log into the Zoom meeting 5 minutes prior to the start of the discussion for check-in. We will use this time to conduct a quick mic check to ensure your audio and video is working properly. 

• The discussion will last for 45 minutes. Have a private space where you can engage in conversation and watch videos without distraction (i.e., not in a moving car or in a room where people may interrupt constantly). You are encouraged to wear headphones to minimize distractions.

• If you use glasses/contacts, make sure to have them with you.
