Initial Email for the Interviews

Dear _______,
I am writing to follow up on the email you received from the National Science
Foundation’s (NSF's) Office of Equity and Civil Rights (OECR) about taking part in a
voluntary interview focused on NSF’s policies and reporting requirements related to
sexual assault, sexual harassment, and other forms of harassment.
I am with 101 Research, and we are conducting interviews with representatives of NSFfunded institutions around the country. If you could find the time to participate, we would
greatly appreciate it, as your insights would be very valuable to NSF as they shape their
policies moving forward. To encourage open feedback, all responses will be kept
confidential, and none of the findings reported to NSF will be attributed to specific
participants or organizations.
We would like to invite you to participate in a Zoom conversation of approximately 45
minutes at your earliest convenience. We know that you are very busy, so, if there are
specific times that would work well for you, please just let us know.
We hope you will consider participating in an interview, and we are grateful for any
