TANF DATA COLLABORATIVE PILOT INITIATIVE

VIRTUAL POLL

APRIL 2023 VIRTUAL REUNION

After introductions, meeting participants will be asked no more than five questions using the ZOOM poll option. The purpose of each poll question is to understand what pilot team members have used since the pilot ended in July 2022.

Responding to the poll during the meeting is your choice. There is no penalty for not participating. Your poll vote will not be attributed to any one of you individually. We will use the aggregate poll votes to inform the final pilot report, a publication that MDRC and Chapin Hall are co-authoring.

The TDC team will select from the five possible poll questions listed below depending on importance and meeting schedule:

  1. Since last July, have you used any of the coding provided during the pilot (from the ADA, coaching or monthly webinars)? Yes or No

  1. Since last July, have you reached out to other pilot team members with questions or to keep in contact? Yes or No

  1. Since last July, have you used any of the documentation tips or practices you learned during the pilot? Yes or No

  1. Since last July, have you used any of the templates or checklists provided during the pilot (such as project scope, defining your research questions, or others)? Yes or No

  1. Since last July, have you briefed agency leaders or managers on your data analytics projects or project findings? Yes or No
