Thank you for having participated in the Head Start Management Fellows (HSMF) Program, conducted by the UCLA Anderson School of Management. To help ensure the quality of our services, we ask that you complete the following feedback survey about the HSMF Program by reflecting on the program in its entirety and its outcomes.
