We offer electronic payment options
through online or mobile banking
as well as PayPal
Four easy steps to get your electronic payment!
1 Sign up for PayPal or online/mobile banking by visiting
paypal.com, your bank’s website, or talking with a bank
representative.
2 Keep a record of the email address associated with your
PayPal account or the email address or cell phone number
associated with your online/mobile banking account.
3 During your interview, let the interviewer know you would
like an electronic payment.
4 Provide the interviewer with the email address associated
with your PayPal account or the email address or cell
phone number associated with your online/mobile banking
account.

CASH PAYMENT

When you complete your interview, you can choose whether
to receive a cash payment mailed to you or one of our
electronic payment options.

Electronic payments
Once the payment has been processed, you will be notified
by email of the deposit to your PayPal or online/mobile bank
account.
In some cases, you may receive an email from Chase QuickPay
to “claim” your payment. If you receive an email from Chase
QuickPay, simply open the email and accept the payment.

When to expect your payment

3 DAYS after electronic payment
has been processed

Upto 3 WEEKS for
cash payments

Cash payments arrive within 3 weeks
while electronic payments arrive within
3 business days after processing.
