The I-907 instructions are being updated to avoid filing errors for the newly eligible premium processing forms (I-539 & I-765)
These errors are creating intake delays which consume clock days, place the accepted fees at risk of mandatory refund, and
unnecessarily burden on our Case Resolution Unit as well as applicants and attorneys. This is not a substantive change.
