RE: Non-Substantive Revision to Certification of Compliance with Mandatory Bars to Employment (OMB Control No. 3064-0121)

FDIC is correcting the following non-substantive items that were erroneously entered for this ICR:

• Authorizing Statute was inadvertently omitted in the original submission. It has been corrected to cite 12 USC 1822(f)(4) – Federal Deposit Insurance Act

• Privacy Act Systems of Records: For the single IC related to this ICR, the SORN Federal Register Citation has been corrected to reflect the current citation for the SORN which is 84 FR 35184 (July 22, 2019).
