Other Changes: FSA Form AD-2047 is used internally to maintain the documentation of the core customer data. FSA is requesting OMB approval to use the Form AD-2047 to cover the electronic data collection through the Farmers.gov.
No changes are being made to the specific fields on the AD-2047 or to the existing instructions for completing the AD-2047. The USDA service center collects the information, either manually or through an electronic submission, from the customers to maintain the core customer data.
There is no change to the burden hours since the previous information collection request.
When the approval was last provided for Form AD-2047, customers were not able to submit their information on-line, and at that time, that option was not under development, so it was not discussed in the supporting statement.
