OMB
No. 0579-0315 Exp. Date 01/30/2023
You were selected to participate in the National Animal Health Monitoring System (NAHMS) Sheep 2024 study, and a questionnaire was recently mailed to you. If you have already responded, please accept our sincere thanks. If you have not responded, there’s still time.
We are especially grateful for your help. It is only by asking people like you to share your experiences that we can improve our shared understanding of sheep health and management practices, including any needs and challenges. Your participation in this study is voluntary and responses to this survey will be kept confidential, as required by federal law.
If you haven’t had a chance to respond to the survey yet, completing the survey online is quick, easy, and secure. You can do so by following the steps below. If we have not received your questionnaire by February 12th, we may give you a call to complete the survey over the phone. We hope that you will participate in this survey and take advantage of the free biologic testing we are offering to producers with 20 or more ewes.
Thank
you for your support of this important sheep study. If
you have any questions, please
feel free to call toll-free at 1-888-424-7828.
