Abstract: Landowners/tenants, highway and road departments, public and private utilities, contractors, Federal, state, and local farm agencies, municipal offices, and railroads will be contacted using this form every 3 years to verify information is correct and also to notify the US Air Force of any conditions concerning the missile cable route on their property. The form also serves as a vehicle to notify these agencies of planned US Air Force work on their property.
