I’m hoping to interest you in a usability evaluation we will be conducting with current users of the NIH Public Access website to test the design of an upgraded public access website, to ensure that the public has access to the published results of NIH-funded research and that these final peer-reviewed manuscripts be accessible to the public on PubMed Central to help advance science and improve human health. We are very interested in getting feedback from users to learn how well the new website will support you in finding the information for which you are looking. This evaluation is very important to us because it will result in a set of recommendations that will help improve the design to better support our users in completing their tasks.
We think you are an excellent candidate for giving feedback to the evaluation team. Could you spare an hour during the month of November/December and help us out with this evaluation? You don’t have to do anything to prepare for it.
