Long-Term Impact Study
Thank you for your willingness to provide feedback about your experience
participating in a National Library of Medicine (NLM) co-sponsored symposium
or seminar. We are hoping to learn more about the long-term impact of these
programs on your professional development, to improve our future
programming.
You are eligible to participate in this survey if you participated in any one of the
five NLM events listed on the next page, which occurred between 2013 and
2018. Your participation is voluntary, and does not impact your future ability to
participate in NLM co-sponsored events. You may leave the survey at any time.
The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
Your responses to this survey are anonymous and no personally identifiable
information (PII) will be collected (unless you enter PII into open-ended
response questions). All data and results that are reported or shared will be
