ACTION: NEI Future of Work Survey (Due 5/6/2022)

NEI FTE Staff, 

In the wake of the COVID‐19 pandemic and two years of maximal telework, NEI is looking proactively to its future as a 
hybrid work environment. We conducted surveys in 2021 and followed up with several focus group discussions. This led 
to a senior leadership vision session, the development of Priorities and Guidelines, and formation of the NEI Future of 
Work Task Force. This group comprises volunteers from across NEI and focuses on developing common standards to 
promote consistency across NEI in several key areas. 

As we return to the workplace, the Future of Work Team would like to gather your feedback through a brief, anonymous 
survey. To access the survey, click on the following link:

All NEI Staff should have access; the system will allow you to submit once and then lock your results. You may be 
prompted with a Microsoft login; this is usually your NIH single sign‐on expressed as [email protected] 

The Future of Work Team will use results to provide useful tools, guidance, and information that will help staff
transition from maximal telework posture into our new future of work at NEI. Please take a few minutes to complete
