NCCIH Diversity Supplement Feedback Survey

Thank you for being a previous Diversity Supplement Scholar!

NCCIH has a strong commitment to support the development of a diverse and well-trained research workforce through diversity supplements. We have developed a survey to help identify strengths/weaknesses of the program and help improve the program for future scholars. As a previous Diversity Supplement Scholar, we ask you to please complete the survey. We anticipate that the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your feedback!
