Thank you for participating in our survey!
Several months have passed since you took part in the plug-in electric vehicle showcase event.
We would like to ask you some questions about how you currently view plug-in electric

vehicles.

Your feedback can help with future efforts and is extremely valuable.
This data is being collected to assist the U.S. DOE Clean Cities program in facilitating the integration of alternative fueled vehicles and fueling infrastructure
technologies. The data you supply will be used to facilitate technology integration in the alternative vehicles sector. DOE can provide technical assistance to
various sectors of the private and public vehicle sectors, and similarly, DOE can learn about effective strategies for integration of PEVs technologies.
Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 30 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions,
searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Send comments
regarding this burden estimate or any other aspect of this collection of information, including suggestions for reducing this burden, to Office of the Chief

Informational Note: Plug-in electric vehicles can be charged by being plugged into a household type
outlet or specially designed charging equipment. These can be defined as plug-in hybrid or pure electric
vehicles. Hybrids that cannot be plugged in are not included in this definition.
A plug-in hybrid electric vehicle can be powered by either the battery or the gasoline engine. Apure
electric vehicle is powered only by the battery.
