Thank you for the clarification (and thanks Barbara for your email also).  Since there is no PII
required there is no privacy concern.

Morning Mr. Gordon,

I am in the process of renewing the PRA.  As part of the coordination, it says we are to coordinate
with the Privacy Office.  From what I have read, I do not believe we have any concerns with privacy
act as there are no forms or collection of personal information.  I am reaching out to confirm if the
Privacy office has any concerns with the collection of information as part of the paperwork reduction
act process.

Ms. Johnson,

Barbara Hall (cc’d) is the PRA POC at the FAA.  After reading your email, I believe you will want to
work with her to address your PRA questions.

If I am incorrect and you have specific Privacy questions please let me know and I work to answer

your questions.

Good afternoon,

The Office of Airports is seeking OMB approval to renew 2120-0661 Competition Plan Paperwork
Reduction Act.  The competition plan does not include any forms.  Large and medium hub airports
having one or two air carriers controlling more than 50 percent of the passenger boardings must file
a competition plan and two updates.  The underlying purpose of the competition plan is for the
airport to demonstrate how it will provide for new entrant access and expansion by incumbent
carriers.

Please provide us with the assessment of our plan with regard to Privacy Act requirements.
