Public reporting for this information collection is estimated to average 2 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Ginnie Mae may not collect this information, and you are not required to submit this form, unless it displays a valid OMB control number.

The information is required by Section 306(g) of the national Housing Act or by the Ginnie Mae Handbook, 5500.3, Rev. 1. The purpose is to provide a form issuers may use to request SCRA loan reimbursements. The information collected will not be disclosed outside the Department except as required by law.

Applicability:	Ginnie Mae I MBS Program and Ginnie Mae II MBS Program.
Purpose:	To be used by an Issuer to submit Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) eligibility information and interest reimbursement requests.

Due Date:	Eligibility information is submitted on an ongoing basis. Interest reimbursement requests are to be submitted quarterly by February 10, May 10, August 10 and November 10.
Instructions:	Chapter 34 provides additional details on the SCRA program. Loan eligibility information shall be prepared in accordance with Appendix XI-6. Quarterly Reimbursement Requests shall be prepared in accordance with Appendix XI-8. Issuers may upload multiple requests by using the import file format layouts. Additional instructions are available in the SCRA User Manual which can be accessed by logging into Ginnie Mae’s Enterprise Portal and selecting the SCRA application.

• REIM.9999 – Reimbursement request data. The associated eligibility request must be approved prior to submitting a reimbursement request.
