RE: Nonsubstantive Revisions to Ombudsman Post Examination Surveys (OMB Control No. 3064-0218)
FDIC is submitting for OMB review and approval minor, nonsubstantive revisions to the forms associated with its information collection entitled “Ombudsman Post Examination Surveys” (OMB Control Number 3064-0218). The FDIC is making minor revisions to the instructions for the survey questions to improve cognitive recognition of some questions; the forms now include the Control Number and Expiration Date assigned by OMB to this information collection. The information collected remains exactly the same as that contained in the currently approved form.
