2023 National Survey on Drug Use and Health

Screening Application Updates

  • The SR SEX and SEX questions for subsequent roster members were updated to clearly measure sex assigned at birth.

  • The SR GENDER and GENDER questions for subsequent roster members were added to measure gender identity.

  • SR DIFTERM and DIFTERM have been added to capture a write in response for anyone reporting using a different term to describe their gender.

  • Pronoun fills have been updated throughout to reflect these new gender identity questions.
