This collection of information is
required in connection with the Multiclass Securities Program. The
intent of the Multiclass Securities program is to increase
liquidity in the secondary mortgage market and to attract new
sources of capital for federally insured or guaranteed residential
loans.
Revision of a currently
approved collection. Program changes occur due to increase in the
number of potential respondents/sponsors in the REMIC Securities
and Platimum programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
