appreciate your participation in this survey.
This survey supports research on financial conditions in the United States. It has been reviewed
and is consistent with requirements from the Office of Management and Budget. This survey
may include personal questions, including such topics as your household finances. Your
responses are used for research purposes only and will remain anonymous – results are
reported only for groups, not for individuals. Participation is voluntary, and you can choose not
to answer any question. Answering the questions means that you accept us collecting the data.
