INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Report production of fish/shellfish meal, oil, and solubles products produced at the plant for the month
specified. If no production occured please indicate on the form. 2. Return form to the originating NMFS office. 3. Your report is
accorded confidential treatment, in accordance with NOAA Administrative Order 216-100. 4. Public reporting burden for this collection is estimated to average 15 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources,
gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Send comments regarding
this burden estimate or any other aspect of this survey to: Fisheries Statistics and Economics Division F/ST1, NMFS, Silver Spring
MD 20910. Not withstanding any other provision of the law, no person is required to respond to, nor shall any person be subject to a
