It also applies to National Guard members who perform duties under 32 USC 502(f) for the purposes of supporting a Declaration of National Emergency. It does NOT apply to members on full-time active duty or members serving on full-time National Guard Duty in an AGR/​FTS/​AR status, active duty for operational support, active duty for training, or members serving on State Active Duty.
