• VA Remains in First Lien Position
• Active Bankruptcy
• Borrower Current Legal Owner
VASP TPP Complete Event
The following data elements will be included in the VASP TPP event tab:

• TPP Successful
• Date of third TPP Payment
• Did the borrower file Ch 13 BK during the TPP
• Date Permission Obtained from Courts
• Total Indebtedness
