If you are evaluating and using states that have a SMI in order to collect data based on medicaid and
children's health insurance, you can collect the same data by developing a program that combines
research evaluation and social work. The program would include a mentor/therapist program, journaling,
bi-weekly reports that would spread out in length after a specific time period, as well as community
programming to emphasize the importance of medicaid and children's health Insurance. While running
programming and doing the reports you can then collect the necessary data about the specific population
who uses these forms of insurance and use the information to continue getting approvals for changes,
adjustments, etc.
