Comment
The 3 attachments contain information which presents an idea to support individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
Response
We thank the commenter for sharing the information. However, given that Medicaid is a state-federal partnership, states propose concepts to CMS for section 1115 demonstrations. The subject collection of information request represents monitoring and evaluation expectations associated with already approved concepts from states. Therefore, the comment is outside the scope of this section 1115 demonstration.
