ADF&G Saltwater Sport Fishing Charter Trip Logbook

Instructions for Filling Out Temporary Page(s):
• Do not send in temporary page(s) until you have signed out a current year logbook.
• Please do not use logbooks from previous years, they are invalid for this season.
If your business begins operations prior to the availability of the current year logbooks, please
proceed with the following method to log your trips:
1. Fill out this Temporary/Pre-season Saltwater Logbook Page(s) to track your activity
until logbooks become available at your area Fish & Game office.
2. Once a current year logbook has been issued, transfer the assigned logbook number.

If no logbook number is listed, ADF&G will not be able to associate the trip with your
business.
You may use eLogbook to log and submit trip activity instead of temp pages. If you would
