Since the grantee maintains an extensive database of P2 information, EPA assumes that the grantee will be able to map its data fields to EPA data fields and automatically upload the data instead at a reduced burden. EPA assumes that the grantee will require 120 management minutes and 480 senior technical staff minutes to map data grantee data fields to EPA data fields, export the data, and quality check the data export.
