Evaluation of communication between the Immigrant, Refugee, Migrant Health Branch at the CDC and Association of Refugee Health Coordinators partners during responses in 2020-2022

Survey Invitation

Dear [Participant],

I hope this email finds you well. Over the last three years months, members of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Association of Refugee Health Coordinators (ARHC) have needed to navigate multiple simultaneous emergency responses, including COVID-19, Operation Allies Welcome, Southwest Border, and United for Ukraine. CDC’s Immigrant, Refugee, and Migrant Health Branch is evaluating the strategies used to communicate with AHRC members during these responses. I would like to conduct one-on-one interviews with at least one member from each state about your experiences and feedback from this time. Your responses will help to inform communication between CDC and ARHC in future emergency responses. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to decline to participate or stop participating in the survey at any time. Your decision not to participate or any information you provide will not affect your or your organization’s relationship with CDC.

Your identity and any information you disclose will remain confidential. You will not be individually identified in any of the information that is used in the evaluation or internal reports.

Please follow the link to schedule an interview at a time that is convenient to you. This discussion will take about 30 minutes of your time.

Thanks for your collaboration. Your response and time are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Sarah Kuech, MPH RN MCHES (she/her/hers)
