Topics for interviews and listening sessions

Public Health Law Attorneys

Listening sessions and interviews will be semi-structured and will not include a formal set of questions asked to each respondent. Discussions will be used to identify approaches and barriers to enhancing food safety statutes and regulations in correctional settings.

Topics:

  • Reactions to differences between food safety laws for correctional facilities and commercial settings

  • Experience working with state food safety laws for correctional facilities and commercial settings

  • Barriers to changing state food safety laws for correctional facilities

  • Opportunities for education and outreach to individuals interested in food safety regulations
