[NCEZID] Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery
This is a request for a Nonsubstantive Change to [NCEZID] Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery (OMB Control No. 0920-1071, Exp. Date 05/31/2024). This Nonsubstantive Change requests the addition of 125 burden hours to the amount currently approved in ROCIS. This addition is needed to allow a GenIC “[NCEZID] Year 9 (2024) Customer Satisfaction Survey for the CDC Antibiotic Resistance (AR) Isolate Bank” to be submitted for review and approval prior to the submission of an Extension/Revision package for the overarching mechanism.
