The CDC DCIPHER Support Team would like to request your participation in the 2024 DCIPHER User Satisfaction Survey by [deadline date]: [link to in-platform survey]
This survey has been sent to all state and jurisdictional partners who have used DCIPHER to support surveillance and/or response activities. Thank you to those that provided feedback through last year’s inaugural survey. Looking ahead, the DCIPHER User Satisfaction Survey will be distributed annually to better understand our progress in meeting the needs of our external partners over time. Your consistent engagement year after year is much appreciated and will allow us to determine if targeted changes have been impactful to your work in-platform.
Through your participation, we’re hoping to identify and pursue improvement opportunities across DCIPHER’s functionality, usability, support and training resources, onboarding, and more. This is part of an effort to ensure the platform and associated resources meet your evolving needs and maximize your ability to collaborate during public health events.
