SUBJECT: Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Historically Black Graduate Institutions (HBGI), Title III CFDA #84.031K OMB Change Memorandum
This memorandum lists the changes for the Historically Black Graduate Institutions Application package for OMB Clearance.
The HBGI program is authorized under Title III, Part B, Section 326 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA).
The HBGI Program application was approved in FY 2022, however at the time of approval the application was approved for G-5 e-Application submission. Since the approval the U.S. Department of Education has a mandate to move all information collections to Grants.gov for submissions.
Recommendation
It is our recommendation OMB approve the Historically Black Graduate Institutions application for Grants.gov submission.
