OPM 1496A. The revisions include (1)
Revised instructions for hearing
impaired users to utilize the Federal
Relay Service by dialing 711 or their
local communications provider to reach
a Communications Assistant (2)
Included instructions to attach Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) Form W–4P
(version 2022 or later). (3) Updated
Retirement Information Office hours of
operation.

ICR 3206–NEW Assessment Satisfaction
Survey, Form USAH–1 is the Federal
Government’s centralized source for
USA Hire online assessment process
feedback and reflects the minimal
critical elements collected across the
Federal Government to begin an
application for information collection
under the authority of sections
1104,1302, 3301, 3304, 3320, 3361,
3393, and 3394 of Title 5, United States
Code. This is a new information
collection request for OPM’s USA Hire
Program. USA Hire seeks to use the
‘‘USA Hire Assessment Satisfaction
Survey’’ to collect feedback on the USA
Hire online assessment process.
This effort will help enable USA Hire
to continually implement improvements
to the assessment process for applicants
and agency stakeholders. As this is a
new collection, we invite comments
that:
1. Evaluate whether the proposed

for the proper performance of the
