Code Ann. 25, § 2101, this Instrument is made upon the express condition that, if Borrower pays to Lender the entire amount of the Indebtedness in accordance with the provisions of the Note and this Instrument, at the times and in the manner specified, without deduction, fraud or delay, and Borrower performs and complies with all agreements, conditions, covenants, provisions and stipulations contained in this Instrument and in the other Loan Documents, then this Instrument and the estate hereby granted shall cease and become void.
