Welcome Email Heads-up

Dear NRT Participants,
I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you that you will be receiving an email from NRT Tech Support
about setting up your account and completing a survey. The Welcome Email contains a registration link
that you need to click to confirm your email address. Once you've done that, you will receive a timesensitive email prompting you to set up a password. After completing these tasks, you can log in to
https://reporting.nrt.nsf.gov to complete your survey.
If you are a Co-PI or Faculty member, you will enter your Contact and Demographic information, and you
can expect to give 8-10 minutes of your time. Trainees will enter more information about their experience
as part of the NRT project for the current reporting period, and most Trainees take around 30-45 minutes
to complete their surveys.
If you have questions, you can reference the Knowledge Base by clicking the embedded link or by clicking
the "Help" link located at the top of your Home Page once you log in. You can also reach out to NRT Tech

This is a reminder to log in to the NRT reporting system and complete your personnel survey. If
you have not yet logged in, please register your account here:
https://reporting.nrt.nsf.gov/account/register. You can also find instructions for setting up your
account in the Welcome Email you were sent. If you have not yet received a Welcome Email
(check your spam folder!), please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can re-send
the email.
If you have logged in and registered your account but have not yet completed your survey, please
do so ASAP by visiting https://reporting.nrt.nsf.gov/login. You can find additional instructions in
the Knowledge Base that is also accessible by clicking the 'Support Center' link at the top of your
Home Page.
