The public reporting burden for this collection of information, 0710-0008, is estimated to average 2.5 minutes per response, including the time for

Purpose: To comply with 33 USC 555 which provides that users of waterways furnish statistical data on cargo and passengers upon request.
Instructions: The owner, master, pilot or other officer of the vessel must complete the applicable items below and return this report. Submit completed
reports to lock operators as the vessel traverses through each lock. Lock operators should enter the vessel information in the Lock Performance
Monitoring System (LPMS).
