Intervention Group

Thank you for your ongoing participation in this study on prostate cancer screening. As a next step in the study, we would like you to review the information in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s human simulation, Talk to Nathan About Prostate Cancer Screening or Nathan. Nathan offers an interactive conversation that can help you decide whether to get screened.

Reviewing Nathan should take you about 15 minutes to complete. You can review Nathan with a friend or family member or ask them for help as you are reviewing.

Once you are finished reviewing Nathan, we ask that you complete this survey: [INSERT URL]

The survey should take you no more than 20 minutes to complete. Once you complete it, you will receive an email with a $25 gift card. 

Following completion of the survey, we may contact you to complete another, shorter survey to get your feedback on Nathan.
