Recently, you received an invitation to participate in the Usability Survey for the study on prostate cancer screening funded by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Cancer Prevention and Control. Your participation will help the study by providing us with valuable information on your thoughts about the usefulness of Talk to Nathan About Prostate Cancer Screening in helping you make decisions about prostate cancer screening and your satisfaction with Nathan.
