This collection of information request proposes non-substantive changes to the iteration that was approved by OMB on July 26, 2024.
Such changes are proposed for the clean and redline versions of the Waiver Application and the Tech Guide. The revisions consist of minor technical, clarifying, correcting, and format changes. The changes have no impact on our active burden estimates.
While we are not making any changes to our active Supporting Statement and instrument Crosswalks we are adding our response to the comments that were received in response to the 30-day notice that published in the Federal Register on March 18, 2024 (89 FR 19314).
There are no changes to our response to the 60-day comments.
