Short Statement: The number of respondents decreased from 198 to 196, and the number of responses decreased from 1781 to 1718, resulting in a decrease of 1,752. The number of burden hours decreased from 29.54 to 28.52. This decrease is due to the increasing availability of digital documents on the Internet.
