The collection will be used to collect
names, address, and phone/fax numbers from library customers. The
data will be used to locate deliver material, bill track fees, and
copyright compliance.
The number of respondents
decreased from 198 to 196, and the number of responses decreased
from 1781 to 1718, resulting in a decrease of 1,752. The number of
burden hours decreased from 29.54 to 28.52. This decrease is due to
the increasing availability of digital documents on the
Internet.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
